THE PROTECTION INSTRUMENTS
Police Station for Women and the Family. Receive complaints and take measures
to protect and punish violence in the home
Ombudsman's Office. It processes complaints about violations committed by
authorities and can activate judicial guarantees for protection.
Community Defenders. They provide initial support and put us in touch with the
authorities in charge of protection
Court for Children and the Family. It resolves on pensions of food, the care of the
sons and daughters and their right to have a surname.
Police and Public Prosecutor. They investigate the crimes that are committed
against children and young people.
Cantonal Rights Board. They can order urgent measures to protect us.
Child Labor Inspectorate. He receives reports of labor exploitation, that is, when
children are forced to work and deprived of education

Promote: educate all people about the importance of knowledge and respect for rights
Respect: refrain from carrying out actions that violate or hinder the exercise of rights.
Guarantee: investigate, sanction violations and repair the damages caused.
PROTECT AT SCHOOL AND HOME
Know the rights and locate the people, authorities or institutions that we can go to if they are violated. This information is included in the Constitution and in the regulations and codes of coexistence of the schools
The Degree Board, the Student Council, the DOBE, our tutor, the school principal. Report, make the decision to speak or help other affected people to do so
Collaborate with the people or authorities that are knowing the complaint, providing them
with the information they require and expressing what we feel and think.
Promote backup actions. For example, organize a forum or a talk to present the case and
get support, write an article for the billboard
Follow up on our complaint until it is resolved, and if it concerns the entire educational
community
RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL AND ALL
Protect means to come to help, provide support, defend. The protection is, then, the
response we give to a pressing need, is the action we take to end an unjust act
The rights are written in the norms so that they can be exercised, so that they are fulfilled. If not, they will be mere statements. The rights may be written, but they are a dead letter if they are not practiced
