WHY HUMAN RIGHTS NEED TO BE PROTECTED?
Because a person, group of people or an authority that has power can violated them.
According to the Constitution, the State is the primary responsible for the protection of rights,
- PROMOTE educate all people about the importance of knowledge and respect for rights.
- RESPECT stop actions that violate the exercise of rights.
- GUARANTEE investigate, sanction violations and repair the damages caused.
