Protocol types
Management protocol is a series of logistical support that are necessary for a correct development of the act.
Structural protocol is the most "material" part of the protocol, it is about creating the organization of the elements so that the event unfolds as planned.
Attention protocol consists of the development of activities whose purpose is the complete attention of the people in our charge.
Concept
Protocol according to the Royal Spanish Academy of the Language means the diplomatic or palatine ceremonial rule established by decree or custom.
Event planning
Element forecast: Establish the objective of the event. Those objectives may vary depending on the size of the company, length of time, products or services it offers, etc.
Cost budgeting: The budget is an integrating and coordinating plan that expresses in financial terms with respect to the operations and resources that are part of a company.
Design of inventories and formats: The basic designs for business correspondence are established. Each company has its own custom designs.
Spaces, furniture and uniforms: Whatever the type of event, we must not forget the basic details on any table, such as the placement of tablecloths, cutlery, vessels and glassware.
Protocol implementation
Logistics distribution: It is in charge of organizing the presentations for the event. It carries a risk of forgetting details that could cause problems during the event.
Committee organization: The organization is monitored by the person in charge of the event. This will divide the functions according to the magnitude and needs of the event.
Distribution of functions: Organizational design involves selecting a combination of organizational structure and control systems.
Strategic alternatives: It takes care that the organization fulfills its mission of satisfying the interests of the people who control or have any power over the organization.
Protocol control
Taking advantage of conflict. Conflicts are inevitable; however, conflict can act as a positive or negative force. Therefore, the problem does not seem to lie in the conflict, but in the way of handling it.
