        Tubulo-glomerular feedback mechanism - directed by macula densa.
        High BP causes high GFR and less time for Na reabsorption. Release vasoactive chemical to constrict afferent arterioles and reduce GFR.

        Renin angiotensin aldosterone mechanism raises systemic BP and generating angiotensin II
        
        Renin is released from granular cells in response to Direct SNS stimulation; Paracrine release by macula densa; Reduce stretch by granular cell membrane.
