Because of the different writers and writing styles present in scripture it is important to know that there are multiple interpretative hoops to jump through for different books. whether it is a wisdom book or narrative or letter it is important that we look at the different forms of context to come up with the most accurate interpretation.
Interpretation is important to this phase of the inductive method because it provides information into what a passage is truly saying. Without proper interpretation misapplication occurs.
one thing that I personally have to remember is that to truly take advantage of this step time is needed. Rushing will provide opportunity to misinterpret scripture
Interpretation is both a science and an art form.
