Currently, the Constitution guarantees the rights of indigenous, Afro-Ecuadorian and Montuvian peoples. In addition, it recognizes the cultural rights (religious, linguistic, artistic, judicial, territorial, sexual and others) of groups such as adolescents, women, young people, groups and people with disabilities. For cultural rights to be fulfilled, we must promote respect for the cultural manifestations of others.
