a) Initial Meeting
- Overview of their position
- Expectations
- projects
- who to interact with, at what time scale
- start interactions, or give contact information to start themselves
- Establishing Policies
- Internal: what's okay & what's not about feedback & review
- External: interactions flow through the management , or embedding people briefly in other teams and how to communicate with them
- these compressed information should be stored internally on a website, or shared/ distributed PDF document
- as a reference for whom to contact with, how to be acting

c) Introductions
- data science team
- other teams (external points of contact)
- everybody knows the new member
