What Next
Maturity: Once baselined, we move towards self organizing teams within the program.
Learning: Cross functional work will drive demand for holistic learning approach. Culture should engrain a learn to learn again ideology.
Innovation: A high performing team will identify additional customer potential and demand from existing & new product lines
