Cutting techniques

Claw cut is where you make your hand look like a claw and you tuck the ends of your fingers in

Bridge cut is where you make your hand a bridge over the knife to hold the thing you want to cut

Pasta is made of flour and water and can sometimes have eggs in it. It is usually made in Italy and then transported to England dry.

Bread is made of wheat, flour and yeast and is baked to let it rise. It is then put in packaging and sent off to supermarkets.

Beef is taken from cows and is minced in factories and packaged and kept in cold places to keep it fresh
