The application also needs to incorporate the use of API data set to notify the users of the upcoming Brisbane City Council events.
The application needs to have the ability to allows users to create a list of upcoming events that they are interested in. in order to so, some parts of the application will need to be personalised for each of the users. For instance, ensuring the safety and privacy of each user's account.

The application is targeted towards the youth (specifically towards the young people) living in Brisbane as it will direct them to various locations. The purposed outcome of this is to reduce loneliness and depression- one fo the main mental health problems that the youth face in today's society.
USER PROBLEMS
User B
This user is an overseas student that currently studies at University of Queensland (estimation of the user's approximate age is 18-26).
As a foreginer and being newly exposed to Brisbane, he wants to know the events taking place in Brisbane.

This user is also a University student. However, is regarded as a time-poor student.
This user also often has family from overseas that visits Brisbane. As a result, this user would like to keep them company and go to events that showcase Brisbane and Australia in general.

This user is a current high school student located in Brisbane (can estimate that the approximate age is 12-18).
This usr has also lived in West End for the extent of his life but wants to create a list of events that he can share with other friends and acquaintances.

Effectiveness Principle: This will ensure that the application generated is consistent in its outcomes as well as information, and thus depend on how beneficial the application will be to the Brisbane community.
Utility Principle: The correct functionality use of the application will be attainable when taking this principle into consideration as it will provide the users the purpose of the application. Furthermore, this principle will also assist in the support of internal focus of control.
Learnability principle: The user will be able to experience the ease of utilising this application as the function or purpose of images and labels will be explicitly stated.
Safety Principle: The Privacy Laws when generating a new application will be taken into consideration. In order to do so, the use of a personal checklist screen with all the posted activities and events is incorporated to ensure that users have a higher sense of security as their personal favourites will not be exposed to the public in any way, this protection them from undesirable situations.
Accessibility Principle: The accessibility of the application enables all users to employ the application into their daily lifestyles. Throughout the incorporation of shortcuts and understandable functions of the application, the users will be able to understand the operation even if it is updated over time.

The application can also serve as a fixation to the users' mental health. Especially during critical times where a global crisis is impacting society's lifestyles, the use of this application could provide the users with some hope for the future as they realise and see evidence of activities and events that can still be done during these times. Thus, this could assist in easing their additional stresses in life and worries for the future.
The use of the application provides the users with something beneficial to do or involve themselves in regardless of occupation, age, gender and more, which would allow users to freely experience Brisbane-based events.

Another negative impact for each user could be the potential spread of any sickness. This is because it is expected that some users would attain lower immune system in comparison to other people and if these users were to be involved in activities and events that other people with stronger immune systems were, then a potential risk of disease transmission would be harmful for that specific user.

The overall usage or incorporation of the application would allow the users to effectively engage in upcoming events within Brisbane as well as encourage them to actively join these events and activities. This would prompt the user to maintain a healthy lifestyle by going out and socialising.
Nowadays, due to COVID-19, the Brisbane community have not been able to engage themselves in many social activities. However, involving the use of this application into their daily lifestyles would allow them to find activities and events that would save as potential hobbies or interests as well as potential techniques to socialise and communicate with the cosset as if COVID-19 did not create a negative impact to Brisbane.

A potential negative effect from the use o this application is a potential outbreak of COVID-19. Although spreading news of various activities and events in Brisbane seem more fun than harmful, a potential outbreak can be predicted if the users that choose to involve themselves in these events are sick- whether it be from a cold, flu or even coughs, small symptoms such as these could have such a fatal impact on the society.

The use of the application can lead to more awareness of the activities and events taking place and as a result, would contain more people. This could lead to higher amounts in fundraising, positively impacting the future of Brisbane's growth in terms of factors such as transportation, education and more.
The application would also encourage charities and hosts to put in more effort into the events and activities which would also naturally attract more of the community to be involved in such events.

If the number of people in the events and activities exceed the maximum capacity, then potential health and safety risks could exist. For instance, an overcapacity of the event could lead to pushing and falling as well as disease transmissions, which would create more losses for the governments for compensating such occurrences like the costs of fixing damaged goods, properties and potentially the communities' health.
