Samaha riaz:Injustice
Injustice is one of the biggest themes of the novel. The monarchs, leaders and the government of that time were totalyl unaware of the situation of the poor and they did not even care knowing about them. Once the poor people complained about the prices being so high even of food. They complained that they are too high that they can not even afford bread. On listening to this, the queen said that they can buy cakes if they are unable to afford bread. This shows us that how careless and unaware the monarchs and the government was.
Resurrection
The theme of Resurrection was visible throughout the novel. It was visible when Dr. Manette was brought back to life by Lucy. Another example is when charles Darnay was near to death but somehow he escaped the treason case.
