Allows users to find these events on their mobile phone that are within their location which they can get an e-ticket within the app

The app suggests local meetups around the users vicinity which can vary depending on how far the user is willing to travel to the events
Uses a calendar so the user can determine what events are going to happen and events that will happen soon

Requirements
The purpose of the app is to allow the users to be able to find upcoming events
The users will be able to use Application Programming Interface (API) data set to find upcoming Brisbane City Council events
The app will allow the users to create a list of upcoming events which they might be interested in
A data exchange component that simulates the exchange of data between two digital systems which are a data server and a mobile application
It will receive the data in one format and programmatically transform it into another format to share and display it
The app must be accessible on iOS devices
The app must feature a responsive interface that meets the usability and accessibility requirements of the intended user group
It must meet the Consistent User Experience Standard (CUE)
It must comply with the Australian accessibility standards
It must adhere to the principles of visual communications

A “What’s happening in Brisbane” button will be available for the user to click which will display upcoming events
Display events that showcase Brisbane and Australia
Allows the user to make a list of events to share
Allows the user to look for specific time events

Home Screen
Will display to the user upcoming events as well as information about them
Popular upcoming events will be displayed to the user so they can see what more people attend
Event Screen
The user can add certain events that they may be interested into their own personalised list
The events will display information and details on them if the user clicks on them
Impacts
If more people know what’s events are going on currently in Brisbane then more money will be spent creating stronger economic growth
More environmentally friendly events could potentially be upcoming which could raise awareness and help out the environment more
More people gathering at events can allow for new people to meet up allowing there to be a more social community within Brisbane
