- - - - Effectiveness is about whether users can complete their goals with a high degree of accuracy. Much of the effectiveness of a product comes from the support provided to users when they work with the product. Thus, the app must have a consistent and simplistic user interface design and should show a consistent colour scheme. The code must also be easy to read from the pseudo code for the prototype and must function effectively when creating the app
      - Learnability considers how easy it is for users to accomplish tasks the first they encounter the UI of an app. Therefore for new users who find it difficult to use the prototype, the app will include a help button, and directions that should be easy and clear to follow.
      - Usability is about designing products to be effective, efficient, and satisfying. Usability includes user experience design. This may include general aspects that impact all users using an app. App must have a consistent and familiar layout. Must have the same colour scheme throughout the app. App should have inclusive language new users should be able to use app easily. App should have familiar layouts with other apps. Apps must make it easy for users to return to the previous screen with minimal difficulty.
      - Enhancing safety through a correct design of a UI is vital to prevent accidental data loss, and leaks of private/personal information. Thus the app must implement warnings to prevent these potential data security risks. Furthermore, undo buttons can be applied when required.
      - Accessibility addresses discriminatory aspects related to equivalent user experience for people with disabilities. Web accessibility means that people with disabilities can equally perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with websites and tools. Thus, the app App should bring diverse users together and should have inclusive language and terms (Accessibility)
      - Utility is a measure of a UI design's functionality, throughout navigation of the app and the colour scheme applied. App should have the placement of important or frequently accessed features and buttons in majority of the screens.
    - - App should incorporate the use of a help screen which will provide tutorials to new users using the UI. As a result this will improve learnability.
      - Furthermore, users will have an option to remove certain events they may have previously added. App can include a warning message to ask user if they are sure to remove the event (improveing safety).
      - Users must be able to save certain events via a clickable plus button. This must be next to the displayed events in the home screen through the retreival of the Events data (JSON).
      - A search and menu bar must be prevalent in the app. Thus, a toolkit below must also be used for users to navigate within the app with minimal difficulty.
      - - Overall Features Affecting User Experience:
        The app must begin with the home screen, displaying all relevant information and features that are easy to access and understand for all users. Users must be able to access help or instructions if confused while using the app. Notifications should be enabled for users to receive ongoing updates and buttons to navigate to all screens are familiar and easy to understand.

        The Starting screen of the app. Shows featured and relevant data through a table view. A 'plus' button will be coded so users can save relevant events.
      - Ultimately, the app must allow young individuals using a simplistic and efficient coded app and UI to explore multiple events in Brisbane.
      - App can allow users to give reviews and feedback which may invite newusers to the app. Thus, the app can provide recommendations based on previous reviews by users.
- - - - App must have multiple coded components through the use of data. These include of the following sections:
        
        • App must display information to the user from the Events database.
        
        • The app retrieves the database from the URL http://www.trumba.com/calendars/brisbane-city-council.json
        
        • Display events retrieved from the database through an iOS interface
        
        • Events should be added for users to save in their ‘wishlist.’ This can be incorporated through the use of a TableView in XCode.
  - - - Cons: Ticketmaster is known to have two major problems. The app lacks flexibility. The app functions extremely slow and often the UI can be very difficult to navigate for new users.
      - Pros: Thousands of live events and experiences are available through the Ticketmaster App, including concerts, sports, comedy, theatre, the arts, and exhibitions. The app has a very simple user interface and serves as a quick and easy way for users to purchase tickets to a certain event. Users can make lists and leave feedback on the app. The app also provides details about a variety of events, including venue, time, date, genre, and age group. Unlike Ticketek, this app provides refunds for users that have cancelled events from a week prior to the relevant show time.
    - - Cons: App may be overwhelming to new users The app may crash due to faulty programming and code. Several users have also reviewed that the cinema staff fail to prepare tickets efficiently via the app. Additionally, the availability of films in different languages may be restricted.
      - Pros: The Event Cinemas displays multiple available movie options across all genres. The app contains a very simplistic UI and works as fast and efficient way for users to buy tickets to a certain event. App allows users to create lists and give reviews. App also gives information on all films, such as language, country, time, date, genre and age group. The app also gives users new movie options and allows for users to purchase tickets online.
    - - Cons: The app includes several different function buttons to be used to get to different screens, which can cause new users of the site to be frustrated. Additionally, In order to access the full features of the app, users must require a subscription. The app also fails to provide refunds for users that have purchased events.
      - Pros: The Ticketek App displays thousands of live events and experiences across concerts, sport, comedy, theatre, arts and exhibitions. The app contains a very simplistic UI and works as fast and efficient way for users to buy tickets to a certain event. App allows users to create lists and give reviews. App also gives information on many events, such as location, time, date, genre and age group These features can also be implemented in this prototype. The site also shows the most popular options that users would like to buy tickets for.
    - - Pros: The Ekka app provides a UI that is user friendly, and users can look at specific events by times by categories, which can also create links to their calendar. The app Provides an interactive map and available tickets which can show available toilets, stalls and information via clickable icons.
      - Cons: App is a little too overwhelming and the map may sometimes become hard to read. Additionally, users cannot make any purchases via the online app.
