Political
It is a free country, being now mostly made up of immigrants who share similar experiences to each other. They also have a say in who they want to vote for now instead of wars.
Refugee's can come and feel wlecomed as residence of NZ, their new home.

If they become residents, there is a certainty of good heath care, jobs, and education for them and future families

The cities and towns are ultra secure with almost zero crime rate. That’s because NZ is a country which takes a person character very seriously.
The legal system is also supportive of peace. In fact, its the prosperity and the legal freedom that the country provides is what attracts the Chinese people to New Zealand.

There is still religious discriminations in china, leading the Chinese to a freer place like NZ.
Social
It is clean, green with lots of forests and trees with pastures and countryside, and animals.
NZ has a good education, healthcare, security, job and business opportunities with neat and clean conditions.

The government had actually controlled the most political power since 1949 and drove away some Chinese people.
