1.) Identification
Using the pre-identification checklist, student is identified by homeroom teacher as having a potential struggle :silhouette:
2.) Parent Notification

Homeroom teacher notifies parents of student's struggles in the classroom, asks in written format for parent consent for evaluation
3.) Evaluation
Within 60 days of receiving written consent from family, a team of administrative staff, teachers, and teaching staff gather information about the student's developmental and academic level of functioning.
