Digital Metering - Coggle Diagram

        Can we use meters that we have a SIM card that will talk to multiple providers (smart SIM?)
  - - - not locked into a single provider, LoRaWAN sensors are easy to get, many providers
        
        ongoing maintenance and cost, not great for rural areas
  - - - May be problematic in rural areas where water meter is located far from elect meter

      - Box over meters to hide or stop freezing can be issue
      - magnets of foil over meter to stop reading can be a problem - need to test meters so they can handle this
- - - - bolt ons are not that accurate, but can check with manual reading
