A necessary and valuable act, because when we are protecting human rights.
The rights may be written, but they are dead.
It means that there is a person, group of people or an authority that has power and has abused it.
The Constitution also states that our fathers and mothers have an obligation to protect us.
Protect at school and home
Know the rights and locate the people, authorities or institutions that we can go to if they are violated.
Promote support actions.
The people or authorities who are learning about the complaint, providing them with the information they require and expressing what we feel and think.
Follow up on our complaint until it is resolved and if it concerns the entire community, disseminate its results.
The protection instruments
The law that is not known is a right that has not been exercised and cannot be protected.
Receive complaints and take steps to protect and punish domestic violence; that is, when physical or psychological aggressions occur.
Crimes committed against children and youth or the Child Labor inspectorate receives complaints of labor exploitation.
These guarantees are presented to the courts. If a child or young person wants to exercise it, they can do it with help and advice.
