        Leaners will construct series circuits using the following, Several bulbs, cells, conductors, switch, nichrome and steel wire.
        
        leaners will investigate the effect of increasing the number of resistors in a series circuit and make observations.
        
        Learners will complete a table on observations on increasing the number of resistors in a circuit and draw conclusions.

        PK: Increasing the number of bulbs has an effect on the brightness or current in a series circuit.

        Observing the force of electricity.
        Introduction to activity:
        Capacitors are very good at storing charge for short time periods, and they can be charged and recharged very quickly. There are many applications, however, where it's more convenient to have a slow-but-steady flow of charge; for these applications batteries are used. A battery is another device for storing electrical energy. Batteries put out direct electric current.
        
        PK: Learner needs to have a basic knowledge from Term 1 of how to code using block style programming and download a program to a micro:bit.
        
        NK: Learner obtains real world experience with coding, collecting data, analyzing data, and reporting results using MakeCode's block programming and a micro:bit with its sensors.
        
        CA: Learner creates experiments to collect data using micro:bits and pins to measure electrical voltage. Learner sets up different experiments to observe the electricity, voltage and other electrical effects. Learner code the micro:bits to collect data. Learner analyze data collected.
