The Arid zone is between the subtropical, the temperate and cool. an Arid climate is one that receives less than ten inches (25.4 centimetres) of rainfall in an lintier year.
The temperate zone is between the Arid zone and cool zone( where it is shown on the light blue)
The subtropical zone is in between the tropical and the Arid zone ( where the orange is shown). The subtropical has warm weather with a lot of rain.
The cool zone is in the temperate zone ( where it is shown on the dark blue).
The tropical Zone is at the top of Australia where Darwin is( where the red is shown)Tropical locations are hot and experience little seasonal change in day-to-day temperature. Tropical climates are featured by monthly average temperatures of 18 ℃ (64.4 ℉) or higher year-round.

The Indian ocean is the world's third largest ocean and covers 20% of the Earth's surface. there is limited marine life there.
the Timor sea is near Darwin,Within the Timor Sea are many reefs.
The coral sea is near Pupa New Guinea and Vanuatu. it is formed by coral and undersea mountains, it is home to dozens of marine fish and coral reefs. The coral sea is also home to several islands with there own small coral reefs.
The Arafura Sea (or Arafura Sea) lies west of the Pacific Ocean, overlying the continental shelf between Australia and Western New Guinea (also called Papua)
