CULTURAL RIGHTS
Currently, the Constitution guarantees the rights of indigenous peoples, Afro Ecuadorians and Montuvians.
For the cultural rights enshrined in the Constitution to be fulfilled, we must promote respect the cultural manifestations of others.

INTERCULTURALITY
It is the social, cultural and communicative phenomenon in which two or more cultures, or rather representatives of different specific cultural identities.

INTERCULTURAL DIALOGUE
Just as our cultural manifestations must be recognized and respected by others, we have the obligation to do the same with the cultural expressions of others.
All the cultures that inhabit our country have the task of seeking integration, development and national unity.
