- - - - The National Environmental Authority, in a period of twelve months, counted from the entry into force of this Law, will prepare a plan for the concession of services and administration in protected areas, as established by the respective regulations.
        
        The National Environmental Authority is the competent authority to regulate the activities and operation of the entities that govern protected areas, and assume the functions assigned to the Ministry of Agricultural Development by Law 8 of 1985.
