Central America:
Central America is the subcontinent of American continent.
Its territory ranges from the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in Mexico to south of the Isthmus of Panama, It is primarily a mountainous and rugged region.
The mountain system of North America continues in Central America where it is called the Central Mountain Range that runs through all countries in this region.
