opening pitch: Associate Director and Head of Knowledge Transfer
Thanks for taking the time to meet with me this evening. I asked for the meeting because, as I think you know, I'd like to discuss my progress in UCC innovation and my leadership and management role going forward. I've been a key resource for each director that has held the position and am a national as well as local knowledge transfer expert. i have quite a senior HR level and I'm eager to have a leadership role and the opportunity to demonstrate and deliver management skills but before doing that I'd love if you could tell me from your perspective how you feel about the leadership and management structure of the VP's office

UCC Innovation has 4 units but only 3 leads. Doesn't make sense
Buffer Sally from demands on domain expertise that will drag her from her areas of strength, Doesn't want any leader spending the majority of their time doing their weakest attribute
Allows me to grow and develop, while allowing senior Director to focus on the innovation agenda from the strategic plan
