Ban the use of illegal purchases of vapes and e-cigarettes' online and other buyers thus minimizing the number of youths who have access to it.

Would need to consult with stakeholders surrounding e-cigarettes in order to make a proper an informed decision about how to create the policy and what it will entail.
Stricter e-cigarette policies can increase the number of illegal buyers and sellers of e-cigarettes and vapes which will not be regulated by health officials.

Increase of negative health effects and disease related to e-cigarette use can cost the Canadian economy and the healthcare system substantial amounts of money. However it is important to assess the cost effectiveness of e-cigarettes versus tabaco use.
Tabaco costs the Canadian health care system about 16.2 billion dollars a year but the cost of e-cigarette use is not exactly known yet (The Canadian Vaping Association, 2020).
Leaves thousands of Tobacco users with less of a chance of quitting smoking - vaping and e-cigarettes can be seen as an alternative and incentive for those who do not want to stop completely all of a sudden.
There was an estimated number of 1,100,000 e-cigarette users in Canada in 2020 and they saved somewhere between 66,000 and 275,000 Canadian lives (The Canadian Vaping Association, 2020).
