Health education
Limit caffeine, sugar, sodium and alcohol
Stay hydrated, atleast have 8glasses of water per day
Eat a variety of foods, eat a low-fat diet with a focus on additive free fruit,and vegetables
Nursing care planning
Prevent transfer of microorganisms to weakened immune system during chemotherapy if the absolute neutrophil count is less than 1000/cu mm.
Assess for bleeding from any site and febrile episodes, monitor WBC, platelet count, hematocrat, absolute neutrophil count.
Diagnostic test
Blood test should be taken,WR,FBC, etc
