Hammerhead sharks have small binocular vision, which is something prey would usually have
Their eye placement, actually gives them an advantage, because it gives them a large visual field, over 340˚. At maximum, it even gave them 48˚ of Binocular overlap.
Binocular overlap increases as width of head increases.
Hammerheads have to use more energy than normal, because of their shape
