Defination

Refers to a group of cancer that usually begins in the bone marrow and resulting in high numbers of abnormal white cells

Subjective data

exposure to chemical toxins, Medication, any medical condition and surgical history of patient

Family history of leukemia,
Nutritional metabolucs: mouth sores, weight loss, nausea and vomiting, easily Bruising or anorexia
Elimination : decreased urine output, diarrhea or dark or bloody stool
Objective
assess for any signs of fever, fast breathing, oral ulceration, gingival bleeding,, confusion, seizures or disorientation

Pathophysiology
It a type of cancer found in the blood and bone marrow
It is caused by excessive production of abnormal white cells, which then these abnormal cells are not able tj fight infection and brings about Impaired ability of bone marrow to produce red blood cells and platelets
