Singapore is a dynamic economy where everything (household items, transport and many more) is selling on a higher rate than what we can earn.

Allow parents to purchase babies necessity with discounted rate using baby bonus.

Minimum support from Goverment
Problem Solving:
Increase baby bonus amount, allow baby bonus to be use for expenditure such as instead of only for childcare, parents can also be using it for doctor's appointment up till primary school.
Problem:
Drawn salary from the main job is insufficient, hence, caused people to have a second job, which equivalate people to be exhausted from both jobs.
Problem Solving:
Government should lower the cost of living in Singapore in order to help the lower income family
Working Adult
Problems:
Working adults would choose career over having children as it would affect the desired life style.
Problem Solving:
Money that could be use for Holiday/recreational purpose would then have to be spend on maintenance of a child
Problem:
People who does not want children even after they got married
Problem Solving:
Depending on the workforce environment, they could have insufficient time for the children, or even due to mental stress having children would attribute to higher stress level.

Working parents are expected to take more Childcare Leave

To allow working parents to have the working flexibility to work from home for a certain days in a week
Ageing
Problem:
Most women who age 35 and above does not wish to give birth due to high risk problem
Problem Solving:
Government should give more advise and help on high risked childbirth in order to encourage Singaporean women who are age 35 and above by organising an event to educate women who are close to the age of 35
Infertility is a woman’s issue

It could be due to a women's age and life style
