Dilation of walls of cerebral artery
developing due to weakness in artrial wall

Normal brain metabolism is disrupted by brains exposure to blood
Increase intracranial pressure begin from sudden entry of blood into subarachnoid space

Ineffective tissure perfusion related to bleeding
Anxiety related to illness
Nursing interventions
Monitor vital signs i.e BP and report changes immediately
Elevate head about 15-30 degrees to reduce pressure
Observe legs for signs of oedema and apply antiembolism stockings
Give assurancre to patient anf family
Inform patient to plan of care to relieve anxiety
Administer analgesics as prescribed for pain
