        If unique, register user upload to users table in DB as a student
        
        If not unique let user know that email is already in use
        
        if they do not match provide meaningful message notifying user
        
        If not unique tell user to choose another username as chosen one in use

        if unique upload to DB as a mentor
        
        if not unique tell user email is already in use
        
        if passwords do not match inform user
        
        if not unique notify user that username is already in use and choose a different one

      - if they do match a collection in DB provide them with a welcome message and bounce them back to the index page
