Operations
Logging platform to accommodate virtual and in-person logging. Update: We discussed with Abdul last week and the task is assigned to Poonam. The system will be ready in June.
Challenge :
Scheduling hrs tracking (virtual) (Can be overcome if everyone uses Gcal for scheduling with a "-sched" to the title)
Innovation spectrum logging (only in person (day) coaching can be logged )
Report work will be time consuming (need to automate reports accordingly)
