Needle exchange programs
In the Ted Talk linked below, the speaker goes into the benefits of needle exchange programs and how they can be extremely beneficial for communities suffering with drug addiction. These places not only give out clean needles to prevent needle sharing, they also distribute Narcan which is an opiate overdose reversal. They also distribute fentanyl test strips. Recently fentanyl has become a big threat to drug users because many drugs are being cut with fentanyl which is a cheap alternative with fatal effects.

It centers itself in Fresno, and focuses primarily on how this drug use is affecting the Latino Community and what higher power could be doing to lesson the blow.
