Eliminate the cause? 💥 Denture hygiene

dentures + skin under them -cleaned properly

Clean with soft toothbrush + mild soap

once cleaned, put it in dry place, not in water to reduce repetitive growth of yeast.

after evry meal, rinse ur mouth + dentures to remove food particles

If stains, soak ovrnight in solution of white vinegar (1:4)

Cut down on SMOKING 🔥 as it makes symptoms worse

so, that it fits accurately + acts as a cushion

Angular cheilitis

Antifungals ⭐
Clotrimazole 1% cream
Miconazole 2% cream

For 14 days, evn aftr symptoms resolve

If burning sensation 🔥
add hydrocortisone 1% cream

Written pamphlets abt all these conditions ‼

Referral to GP ⚠
if condition does nt resolve, we will organise some blood test to rule out of there's any deficiency

Review ⚠ in 1 week bt sometimes it cn take upto a month to completely resolve.
