User: fire departments, police stations, child PS, emergency services. All will use robot to efficiently and effectively detect victim
Competition
requirements:
The robot must be able to carry out a rescue mission in a fully autonomous mode with no human assistance
The robot must be durable and intelligent enough to navigate through treacherous terrain with hills, uneven land and without getting stuck
The robot must search for victims, dispense rescue kits, signal the position of the victims so the humans can take over

problem solving: must detect the victim efficiently and safely then further communicating with the humans, must exit the maze safely.
restrictions:
must avoid areas with black floors, speed bumps, terrain (rough), debris, stairs, heated/coloured victims.
