Of course, last on the list of priorities is equipment. This part is probably the most simple, gear can be replaced, people cannot. If you need to bail and leave equipment behind to do so don't hesitate. If you make it out alive, you can come back more prepared and retrieve your lost gear, but if you die hauling it out then that's just some crag swag for the next guy to come through.
