MECHANISM OF ACTION
which inhibit the protein sclerostin and bind on it
prevent inhibition of bone formation by allowing Wnt to bind LDL receptor related proteins 5 and 6
which lead to activation of Wnt signaling pathway

CONTAINDICATIONS
a patient with low amount of calcium in the blood

MODE AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION
subcutaneously
210 mg in the abdomen, thigh or upper arm
once in every month should be injected
INDICATIONS
postmenopausal woman at high risk of fracture
patients who are intolerant to other available osteoporosis therapy.
defined as a history of osteoporotic fracture patient.
