This inhibition prevents osteoclast maturing,
On the surface of oesteoclasts and precursor cells,
Even to reach the bore surface
Prolia block RANKL,
RANKL or RANK interaction prevented
Prolia decrease both cortal and tubular bone resoption
Nursing Consideration
Administer once every 6 months
schedule prolia every 6 months from last medication
IF dose is missed dive prolia immidiately patient avails
Give patient calcium 1000mg daily
Rule out pregnancy before administering prolia
Administer at least 400 IU daily
Monitor vital signs
Administer analgesic for pain
Closely monitor input and out take

Back pain
Anemia
Weakness
Low calcium levels
Pain in arms and legs

Storage
Room temperature 25-77 Degrees celsius for 15-30 minutes
