For men with hypogonal osteoporosis
Patient who cannot tolerate other osteoporosis therapy
Postmenopausal women with osteoporosis
Nursing Considerations
Monitor blood pressure, pulse rate,respiration ,temparature
Monitor outpit and intake
Ask patient to sit or lie down during initial admimistering
Inject on a thigh or abdominal wall
Monitor cardiovascular status
Monitor periodically serum
Monitor subjective report of angina
Monitor bone density
monitor alkaline sulphate
Administer analgesic for pain
Contraindication of forteo drug
pre existing hypercalcemia
History of bone matastases
Several renal impairment
History of skeletal malignancies
Breastfeeding
Pregnancy
Storage
