terbinafine has a fungicidal effect by inhibiting the enzyme squalene monooxygenase which is involved in the synthesis of sterol in fungi.
INDICATIONS
terbinafine hydrochloride also treats yeast infection of the skin caused by candida and malassezia furfur
treatment of skin, hair and nail infections caused by dermatophytes and candida albicans.
