Describes the minimum expectations in the areas of: integrity, ethics and conduct, conflict of interest, gifts, benefits and hospitality, corporate governance, etc.
Applicable to all construction works and services

Building Code
Building Code = Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 (Cth)
Sets out the Commonwealth Government’s expected standards of conduct for all building industry participants that seek to be, or are, involved in Commonwealth funded building work.
Covers of areas such as WRMP, eligibility to tender requirements, prohibited conduct, sham contracting, etc.
Applies only to Commonwealth funded building work :!:

Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme
Companies must gain Scheme accreditation to carry out building work funded by the Commonwealth.
To be accredited, builders must have rigorous safety management systems in place and demonstrate that they are being implemented and followed on-site.
Applicants must satisfy certain criteria to obtain accreditation (e.g. demonstrated ability to manage construction hazards and his risk activities).
Applies only to Commonwealth funded building work :!:
Respondent/member must be accredited at the time of entering into the PAA.
Respondent/member must provide evidence that they are accredited under the WHS Accreditation scheme :pen:
