Macrophages, Dendritic cells, Neutrophils, and NK= identify the TB bacteria by the recognition process (eating and breaking down the bacteria). It tries to fight it on its own, but when the bacteria becomes too overwhelming, those innate immune cells send the bacteria's information to the T-Cell, activating the adaptive response.
