a construction of cyclone shelter in the cyclone prone areas, and administrative arrangement for moving fast to safer place
we should not ingrone the warning issues by meterogical department through tv, newspaper or radios. we should make nessary arrangement to shift the essential household goods, domestic animals and vehicles, etc. to safer place

a funnel to an tornado sucks dust, debris and everthing near it at the base ( due to low presure ) and throws out them near by the top
