CIRCULATORY SYSTEM
HEART
-
-
-
İt is enveloped in a double walled bag of membrane called pericardium which encloses the pericardial fluid.

HEART ATTACK
can occur when the blood supply is cut off from the heart, often by a blood clot.

BLOOD VESSELS
CAPPİLARİES
Arterioles conduct blood into elaborate networks of tiny capillaries, microscopically thin
vessels
The thin walls of the capillaries allow the exchange of dissolved nutrients, wastes, oxygen and other substances between the blood and the body cells through tissues fluid
-
VEİNS
Blood is under low pressure in the veins, and backflow of the blood is prevented by the semi-lunar valves.
After picking up carbon dioxide and other wastes from cells, capillary blood drains into larger vessels, called venules, which empty into still larger veins.
-
ARTERİES
-
The walls are thick and composed of elastic, muscular tissue.
The diameter of arteries and thickness of their walls steadily decrease as their distance from the heart increases.
With each heart beat, the arteries expand slightly, like thick-walled balloons
BLOOD
BLOOD STRUCTURE
-
plasma
-
Fibriniogen and prothrombin; It allows blood to coagulate outside the vein. It is produced in the liver.
Albumin; It regulates the water ratio of blood and body fluid, that is, osmotic pressure.
-
ROLE OF BLOOD
Regulating task: Adjusts the body's water, electrolysis and pH balance. It allows the heat to be distributed throughout the body
defense task: Blood neutralizes harmful substances entering the body. This situation is provided by the white blood cells and antibodies in the blood.
-
Protection task: In case of injury, it coagulates and stops bleeding and prevents microbes from entering through the wound opening.
BLOOD CLOTTİNG
Clotting begins when the endothelium of a blood vessel is damaged, exposing collagen fibers
that attract platelets, which form a platelet plug.
The platelets and ruptured cells release chemicals that initiate a series of reactions, producing
the enzyme thrombin from its inactive form, prothrombin.
Thrombin catalyzes the conversion of the soluble plasma protein fibrinogen into insoluble strands of a protein called fibrin, a threadlike protein that helps form a clot that plugs the leak.
İMMUNE SYSTEM
Disease-causing (pathogenic) microorganisms that the body recognizes as foreign and its reaction to defend itself against them.
Immune cells are leukocytes, macrophages and plasma cells.
ROLE OF ORGANS
-
-
SPLEEN located under the diaphragm, in the upper left part of the abdominal cavity. It produces lymphocytes and monocytes and filters the blood
THE LYMHP NODES act as filters. Various immune system cells trap germs in the lymph nodes and activate the creation of special antibodies in the blood.

ASTHMA is a long-term inflammatory disease of the airways of the lungs. It is characterized by variable and recurring symptoms, reversible airflow obstruction, and easily triggered bronchospasms.
ATAXİA TALANGİECTASİA is an autosomal recessive disorder primarily characterized by cerebellar degeneration, telangiectasia, immunodeficiency, cancer susceptibility and radiation sensitivity
LYMPH SYSTEM
It protects the body against microbes by producing white blood cells.
Adding fatty acids, glycerol and vitamins A, D, E, K absorbed from the small intestine into the bloodstream.
Do not add excess fluid and small proteins that leak between tissues into the bloodstream
ROLE OF ORGANS
LYMHP VESSELS
Lymph capillaries are very thin vessels that have spread into the tissues, closed at one end, and consist of an endothelial layer made of a single line of epithelium
Its permeability is higher than blood capillaries. These capillaries are then attached to the lymph veins.
-
LYMPH FLUİD
-
It is approximately 1-2 liters in humans. Unlike blood, it does not contain red blood cells and many proteins, it is colorless

ıf it dont work properly, for example, if there is an obstruction, fluid may not drain effectively.
