Communication
Communication has been better since being online
It has been a softer approach to change and the delivery of the message was clear and exciting
It's felt more connected than usual and SLT have been more approachable than usual
The first stage of this change has been done well, it will be interesting to see how it proceeds from here
Being online has made me feel more a part of the change
I do not trust that this is the only change
Collaboration
Cognita have made their mind up about this anyway, online or face to face is irrelevant
As usual the Admin staff are not consulted, we are just done to
Better approach to change than I have seen in previous years
Collaboration is still not there, but at least we have still been fully informed
I like meetings online, it means there is a better sense of collaboration between staff and we feel informed more quickly
We feel connected to the school for the first time, in a long time, due to being online
