The Mayan Civilization
Location: The Mayan civilization was located in Southern Mexico ,Guatemala, North Belize, and Western Honduras.
Government: The Mayan civilization was split into city-states in which had its own king.War was a tribute to the gods.
Religion: There were many gods in the Mayan religion. The kings blood was considered sacred. Both animals and humans were sacrificed.

The Inca Civilization
Location: The Inca civilization was located in modern day Peru.
Government: There was one king that was at the center of the whole empire.War was only done to get more land.

The Aztec Civilizations
Government:One very powerful king, largely centralized, only captives went to war, Captives also were the human sacrifice.
Religion: The Aztec people believed in many gods. Their most important god was the sun god which included human sacrifice.

Location:They were located in Central America, and some parts of Mexico.

The Tiwanaku Empire
Religion: The Tiwanaku empire believed in many gods and one of these was Viracocha. They also made the Gateway of The Sun which is thought to represent a main deity connected to either calendar signs or natural forces for agricultural worship.
Government: The Tiwanaku empire had many towns and colonies which all were governed by the capital city named Tiwanku.
Location: The Tiwanaku Empire was located in modern day Bolivia

The Nazca Civilization
Religion: The Nazca people believed in gods of nature such as sea, sky, fire, water, earth, wind et cetera.
Government: The Nazca Civilization was conquered by the Wari which did not allow the Nazca Civilization to rise beyond the provisional status.
Location: The Nazca Civilization was located in modern day Peru.

Religion: The Zapotec people believed in many gods that centered around the concept of agriculture.The two main gods of the religion were Cocijo the rain god and Coquihani the light god.
Government:The Zapotec people were governed by a monarchy that was passed down from one generation to the next.
Location: The Zapotec civilization was located in southern Mexico specifically the valley of Oaxaca.

Government:The Olmec people were led by a emperor that appointed many kings which each controlled a city/state.
