Centenary Quay is a development of a substantial brownfield site (31 acres)
£500million project fully integrates with the existing neighbourhood of Woolston allowing for the local community to reconnect with its river front.
Planning consent was granted in 2009 to provide 1,620 new homes along with retail and leisure uses, a new library and nursery on the former Vosper Thorneycroft shipbuilding site, creating 1000 new jobs.
