Lack of funding for education
Many less developing countries(LDC) do not dedicate enough funding towards education
Lack of learning materials
Many LDCs do not have textbooks or have outdated textbooks
The expense of education
Many poorer families cannot afford to sent their child to school despite schooling being free due to 'informal fees'
Incentive schooling by providing money or free lunches
Have flexible school hours to accommodate for working(morning and afternoon classes)
External circumstances
Distance from home to school
Walking long distances to schools in rural, unsafe areas discourage children from attending school
Hunger and poor nutrition
Malnourished children that are stunted perform worse in learning and are less productive later on in life
Living in a country in conflict
Conflict disrupts a child's education and destroys education systems
Discrimination
Having disabilities
Students with disabilities are more likely to be denied schooling
Being a girl
In some LDCs, families believe that there is less value in educating a girl
NGOs carry out outreach programmes to educate parents
Girls miss school more often due to menstrual issues
Have better school facilities
Lack of resources
Having no or poorly-trained teachers
Lack of teachers means that students cannot continue to secondary education
Poorly-trained teachers may not be able to properly teach basic skills like reading, writing,math

LDCs have not enough money to build proper school infrastructure and create a good learning enviroment
Obtain loans from World bank and Orgs like UNICEF
