        While we enjoyed working with our group for the entirety of the semester, we feel like being contained to our group also limited our interactions with other peers. If there were ways to incorporate other randomly assigned groupwork so we could interact with other classmates, we feel that we would have been able to make more connections and relationships with the other members of our class. However, we really enjoyed working together in our group and believe that the groupwork was essential in our understanding with the material.
        
        If there is no use for quantitative techniques, then it should not be incorporated into the class. The class time can be better used in other ways.
        
        We enjoyed having and listening to the speakers talk about their interests and research, but we feel that it was a bit difficult to connect their presentations to what we have been learning in the class. While some did provide useful connections, others felt a bit more random and unconnected to what we were currently discussing in class at the time. Putting less emphasis on the speakers in general and incorporating more in-class discussion may make the class time more engaging and useful. Having rubrics with clear/set guidelines would be very helpful for doing assignments so that the class acknowledges what you are looking for and how they can incorporate the necessary information into their projects. It would also be helpful if the readings were all easy to access.
      - It would be good if we learned more about how planners and everyday people can help with various issues in addition to learning about the issues in general. Possibly more emphasis on other topics like how lack of education, lack of healthcare systems, climate change, and internal/external conflict affect poverty as well. It would also be interesting to learn more about international poverty; we gained some insight on India specifically, but learning about other countries would also be insightful. Maybe incorporate a group project where each group chooses a country to analyze (like the chosen city project, but with more international options?)
