Apparent Authority.
Agent APPEARS TO OTHERS to have authority to do X. How things appear to third parties who are dealing with the agent.
Partnerships.

Formation and Nature.
Arises from agreement between two or more persons who decide to go into business together = contractual relationship.
Not a separate legal entity, Partners are personally liable.
S 5 of the Partnership Act 1958 (Vic) defines a partnership as: The relation that exists between persons.
