Where did the story come from?
Luke 15:1-7 and John 10:1-21
Jesus told the Parable to the Pharisees
Have we ever felt rejected by other people?
The more you are rejected the more you get the attention of Jesus, the more people look down on you, the more Jesus will loo at you.
Why are we so precious in God's eyes?
Because we have fallen from the path of righteouness(astray)
"God looks for them and doesn't gives up until he finds them.
We are his creation and he loves us very much
God's Perspective
At that time a person who had sheep would usually hire a keeper
The gates of which are access to the cage was only made of one, so it wasn't easy for thieves and robbers to take it.
God tries to keep us from sinning
Conclusion and Moral
Evil will tempt us with trickery, some even using violence. Because we are sheep.
If we take Jesus as our shepherd and he will go before us, the sheep will follow him.
As a sheep we cannot fight back, but we are protected by god the almighty who will always be there for us.
